Pregnancy is such a powerful journey, full of change, anticipation, and emotions. This two-hour women’s circle and birth preparation workshop is a chance to pause, breathe, and immerse yourself in practices that nurture your body, mind, and heart as you prepare to meet your baby.
Together, we’ll explore:
🌿 Gentle pregnancy yoga to release tension and prepare for birth
🌿 Mindfulness + breathwork to feel steady and grounded
🌿 Simple, practical tools to support you during labour, like understanding how to work with your nervous system, not against it!
🌿 Guided journaling + personalised birth affirmations to build trust and release fears
🌿 Deep hypnobirth relaxation to connect with yourself and your baby
You will also leave with handouts and audio downloads to support your ongoing journey ahead.
Led by me, Brigid, drawing on 23 years of supporting local women through pregnancy, birth, and beyond - you’ll leave feeling more resourced, rooted, and ready for the journey ahead.
