Postnatal Yoga & Baby Bonding classes are a fun and uplifting way to help ease you back into exercise and recover from your pregnancy and birth. With an acknowledgement of all that your pregnant and birthing body has gone through, here we integrate core strength, pelvic floor work with general yoga toning, stretching, relaxing and positive psychology. Babies are included with song, baby yoga and on the Thursday course you also learn Developmental Baby Massage.

The setting is perfect for a day out with your baby. The gorgeous Flourish studio creates a tranquil atmosphere, with free parking, cosy cafe (with log burner) to socialise with the group after class, and lovely grounds to roam / doggy walk afterwards, this really is a wonderful way to spend some of your precious maternity leave and create some valuable memories.


Mindful mums & Baby Massage

Fridays 11.00am - 12.00pm at Bubba & Me in Tunbridge Wells

4-week course from 23rd Feb, 12th April. £55.

These classes are suitable from 4 weeks until crawling. Combining simple Mindful Parenting techniques, gentle yoga movements, breathing and Developmental Baby Massage, giving both you and your baby valuable stress management tools and time to socialise with other local mums.
