These small groups take place in my home in Uckfield. Limited to just 5 mums per group.

Developmental Baby Massage is a beautiful way to slow down and really connect with your baby. Through gentle, nurturing touch, you’ll learn simple massage techniques that can support your baby’s cognitive and physical development, digestion and sleep - while also helping you feel more confident reading and responding to your baby’s cues.

These sessions are as much about you as they are about your baby. The class offers a calm, supportive space to bond, relax and enjoy time together. After each session, you’re warmly invited to stay on for tea and a chat - a chance to connect with other local mums, share experiences, and feel part of a community.

No previous experience is needed - just come as you are, with your baby, and enjoy this special time together.
