Return / Refund Policy

All classes must be pain for upon booking

Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded.

Cancellations prior to 24 hours will receive a refund.

Privacy & Security Policy

Commitment to Data Security and GDPR compliance: Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information (in this case Mailchimp and Mindbody). Only if you have agreed to be added to the mailing list will your details be added to Mailchimp where a double opt-in system is now in place. All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings.   


Unity Yoga will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organization. 

Lawful Basis for Processing Information: Unity Yoga is required by the terms of their insurance policy to keep student records for 5 years from the date of their last visit. This data is also gained and stored due to Legitimate Interest to protect the student during a class and make necessary adjustments to meet their needs. The processing of personal information also serves as a contractual agreement for Unity Yoga to provide a service.

Paper records are kept under lock and key. You have a right to complain to the ICO if you have a concern about the way that your records are being kept. If you have registered your details with Mindbody then you have full access to that information. Mailchimp have only your first and last name and email address. 

FACILITIES:

On your first attendance please leave ample time for parking and locating the venues.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

It is important that any medical conditions including pregnancy are mentioned to the teacher before the class. It is not advised to practice Yoga within 6 weeks of surgery or of having a baby. If you have had a c-section birth then you need to wait for at least 6-8 weeks and make sure you are not experiencing any pain or discomfort around the scar. If you are pregnant it is advised to attend one of the pregnancy classes.
