Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training School

September 2024

‘I have just completed my Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training with Brigid and can’t recommend the course (and Brigid) more highly! It’s the perfect top-up to the 200 hour yoga teacher training, and has given me the confidence and knowledge to work with women during these wonderful moments in their lives. This is also a wonderful course for any woman who wants to understand their pregnancy and postnatal options more deeply, to allow a real sense of self-empowerment. Brigid is a true leader in this field and I can’t wait to get started - thoroughly inspiring!’

FAQ

Q) How long do I have to complete the coursework?

A) You have 6 months from the 3rd weekend to complete the course planning and practice sessions. You have access to the course material ongoing.

Q) Can I start teaching immediately after the course has finished?

A) Yes, as long as you have updated your insurance you will be qualified to start teaching group sessions. But until you have completed your coursework, this is considered a ‘provisional’ certification so you may want to reflect this in your pricing.

Q) What ongoing support will I get?

A) All cohorts have a WA group and access to a private FB page with course tutors as admins. Here you can ask questions and share information. You also have access to a monthly group zoom session with Brigid until you have completed your certification.
