Mum & Me Yoga

This lively and fun class is suitable from 6 weeks postnatal until babies start crawling.

This  is the perfect way for you to start to get back into shape after having your baby whilst keeping your baby stimulated with songs, gentle baby Yoga and massage.

In the class we will stretch out any tension that might be held in your back, neck and shoulders. We also work on strengthening your tummy and pelvic floor and all-round body toning.

We always finish the class with relaxation which is your chance to rest and re-energise.

You are invited to stay for tea afterwards which is a great chance for you to meet local mums in a supportive and friendly group.

I’ve been teaching Postnatal Yoga for 11 years. I love it so much – those babies keep me on my toes! It’s always wonderful to meet the babies I knew as bumps from pregnancy yoga, and to also welcome new mums and babies to the group.

Drop in is available at £12 per class for Camden Centre of £10 for Crowborough. Please check availibility before coming along.
